Federal annual return or change of address: your federal file, kept current.
Federal corporations must keep their file with Corporations Canada current: the federal annual return, the address of the head office, ordinary corrections. Repeated delay can end in dissolution on the registrar’s own initiative.
The lawyer responsible for your file prepares the return and files it online with Corporations Canada. To act on your federal file we need your access key, which appears on your Corporations Canada information sheet.
Please note: if penalties or late fees already apply to your file, they remain your responsibility and are added to the price of the service. Some steps, such as changes of directors, also require corporate resolutions: we offer those through our resolution drafting service, to be added to your order.
